Marcello Trentini

Magorabin was opened in February 2003 by chef Marcello Trentini and sommelier Simona Beltrami.

The project was an ambitious one: to bring top-quality dining back to Turin.

With a diploma in arts, chef by nature, Marcello has been experimenting with exotic dishes at home since he was a child, at least two decade ahead of the finger food fad.

When he moved in 1977 he promptly fell in love with the new house’s kitchen and decided that he wanted to be a cook when he grew up.His specialities are strongly incumbent on the local land: traditions are reinterpreted with a personal touch. A subjective art which defies all definitions
