#tavola25 A cultural initiative for the Under 25’s
Chef Marcello strongly believes in the power of education through good and beautiful things, conviviality and pleasure. As Italian Vice President of JRE (Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe), he has been pivotal in the creation of Tavola 25, a cultural and gastronomic initiative aimed at introducing the under 25’s to fine dining.
Magorabin’s three course menu is a reinterpretation of regional cuisine highlighting the quality of ingredients, but at the same time telling the story and anecdotes behind their producers. The menu is served Tuesday to Saturday exclusively at lunch at a cost of €25. As part of the offer, three wines are also matched to the food.
